I pulled in with a screw in my tire. They did not have a tire in stock to fit my car but they put my spare on for me and have kept me informed of the details of when my tire should arrive. Adam has contacted their distributor and even tried to find a way to get the tire here sooner.
I live in Florida and was traveling to Wyoming. When my oil change was due 2000 miles within the trip I stopped at a place in Worthington Minnesota where family lives to have it changed. We looked at several vehicles that we were interested in. Carver had 2 we were interested in. We looked at the one that interested us the most. The whole place works as a team. Scott was our initial sales rep. Then we picked the car up when it was ready. Bryson was the man we worked with. He found a Xtra key and made sure it was functional before we left. So far so good. Day one with our new to us car
It’s pretty busy. Went in for an oil change and was taken care of fine on that. They saw that my hub cover was missing which I didn’t even notice and said they would work on a replacement. I’ve not gotten any follow up calls despite me calling them two more times for an update. Would like a bit more responsiveness and proactive follow up.
